From requisition to first payslip

The recruitment pipeline, ending in Hire.

Recruitment is a module that takes a vacancy all the way to a paid employee without anything being typed twice. Open Human Resources, Recruitment.

Requisition. Raise a requisition with the title, type, number of openings and, if you use positions, the establishment position it fills. Submit it for approval; the chain is the job requisitions workflow in Settings, Approval workflows. Once approved, publish it externally, internally or both. External postings go to the public careers feed with an apply form you can link from your website. Internal postings show to staff under Internal jobs in self-service.

Pipeline. Candidates apply, or you add them. Upload or paste a CV and the contact details and skills are read from it. Move candidates through applied, screen, interview and offer. Schedule interviews with an optional calendar invite, record scorecards from 1 to 5, and track assessments and background or reference checks.

Offer. Draft the offer and send it with a branded PDF. The candidate accepts by typing their name.

Hire. Click Hire on the accepted offer. The employee is created with the candidate's email and phone and the offer's pay group, start date and amount, with an onboarding checklist. Hiring without an accepted offer needs a reason, which is kept on the record. Then add the contract, complete the Pay & Group tab with bank and statutory details, and check payroll readiness. The new hire is paid in the first run of their pay period, prorated from the start date.
