Employee self-service: payslips, leave & requests

What employees can do for themselves, on any device, no app store needed.

In **Employee Self-Service (ESS)**, staff see a dashboard of their next net pay, leave balance, loan balance and pending requests. They can view and download their **branded payslips** (which appear the moment a run is approved), apply for leave, request a loan or salary advance, and submit expense claims with receipts.

They can also request profile changes (phone, address, bank details) for HR approval, clock in and out where attendance is enabled, read announcements and policies, give feedback and recognition, and export their calendar.

ESS is fully responsive and works on any phone or tablet through the browser. Every employee only ever sees their own data.
