Cookie notice

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This notice is being reviewed by our legal advisers and may be updated.

This notice explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on vintageerp.com, what each one does and how you can change your choice.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep small items in your browser's local storage or session storage. This notice covers all of these.

Some items are strictly necessary for the site to work as you expect, such as remembering your cookie choice. These do not need your consent. Analytics cookies do need your consent, and we do not set them unless you accept.

3. Changing your choice

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics loads only if you select Accept.

You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to open the banner again. If you select Decline after accepting, Google Analytics is switched off and its cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) are deleted from your browser.

4. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, and most browsers have a private mode that clears them when you close the window. If you block or clear strictly necessary items, the site still works, but it will ask for your cookie choice again and forget your theme.

Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on all websites: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. More information

Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data, including data collected through analytics. We will update this notice if we add or remove cookies or browser storage items.
