From clock-in to payslip,
no re-keying.
Staff clock in from their phone, with an optional work-site check, or on your biometric devices. Rosters, shift swaps, overtime and timesheets sit in one place, and approved hours flow into pay for hourly, daily and piece-rate staff.
Everything about time, on one page.
The Time and attendance hub has a tab for each job: Today, Log, Exceptions, Roster, Overtime, Shift swaps and Timesheets. Supervisors start the day on Today and deal with the exceptions first.
Phone or device, both land in the same log
Clock in from the staff app
Staff clock in and out from any phone. No app store download, it runs in the browser.
Work-site check
Set work sites and choose the geofence setting: off, warn, or enforce. Start with warn and tighten later if you need to.
Biometric devices
Each device gets its own API key. Punches arrive by push or CSV import and are matched to employees through a mapping you set once.
Plan the shifts, then pay what was worked.
Build shift templates and a roster. Staff can swap shifts with each other, and the swap goes through approval. Overtime is requested and approved, priced with your rates and multipliers, and posted into the period's pay inputs.
Hours that turn into pay, and into cost
Timesheets record time against projects with billable rates. Approved hours and days feed payroll for staff who are paid by the hour, the day or the piece.
Timesheets
Time by project with billable rates, utilisation figures and reminders for anyone who has not filled theirs in.
Daily-paid staff
Days to pay are taken from attendance by status, so daily-paid staff are paid for the days they worked.
Hourly and piece rate
Approved worked hours go into the run for hourly and piece-rate staff, on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly calendars.
Questions, answered
No. Staff can clock in from the staff app on their phone. If you already have devices, connect them with a device key and import or push the punches.
Yes. Set your work sites and switch the geofence to warn or enforce. Warn records the clock-in and flags it. Enforce refuses it outside the site.
Approved overtime is priced with your rates and multipliers and posted into the period's pay inputs, where payroll reviews it with everything else.
Not from the staff app: clock-in needs a connection. Punches from biometric devices can be imported later from a CSV file.
Yes. Add it when you need it. Leave and the employee record are already part of HR.
