Contract e-signature
Signing an employment contract electronically, on both sides.
A contract e-signature records that the employee accepted their contract without paper. In Vintage People the employee reads the contract in self-service and signs by typing their full name, which is stored with the date, time and IP address. HR then countersigns, and the branded PDF shows both signatures. A signed contract cannot be signed again.
