Salary Structure (Group)
A reusable template of pay elements and amounts assigned to employees.
A salary structure, sometimes called a pay group, bundles pay elements with their amounts, rates or formulas into a template you assign to employees. Set pay once for the group and assign it in bulk, with per-employee overrides where someone's pay differs.
