HRIS / HRMS

Software that manages employee records and HR processes.

An HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is the system of record for employees and the processes around them — onboarding, leave, performance and, when connected to payroll, a single source of truth across the whole lifecycle.
