Approval SLA and escalation

How long a step may wait before approvers are reminded and the request is escalated.

An approval SLA sets how long a step may wait for a decision. When the time passes, approvers are reminded and, later, the step is escalated to someone else or moved on. In Vintage People each request type counts in working days or in hours, and working days skip your weekend and public holidays. A step can repeat its reminder every few hours, and every reminder and escalation is kept on the request's trail.
