Shift swap

Two employees exchanging a rostered shift, with approval.

A shift swap is when one employee hands a rostered shift to a colleague. In Vintage People the employee offers the shift from the staff app, the colleague accepts, and a manager approves after a clash check. Both rosters then update, so the shift stays covered without anyone redrawing the schedule by hand.
