Set up your organisation

Use the Getting started wizard to configure your company, tax template and pay elements before adding people.

The first time you sign in, open **Getting started** from the dashboard. The setup wizard walks you through it step by step: your **organisation profile and logo**, your **country, currency and fiscal year**, and your **payroll policy basics** (pay frequency, working days).

Next it loads your **country tax template** — for Nigeria that's the PAYE bands and reliefs under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 — and your standard **pay elements** (basic, housing, transport and so on). You then build one or two **salary structures** and add or import your employees.

Your progress is saved, so you can stop and resume. Each step writes straight into the real module — there's no separate "setup" copy to migrate later.

Run your first payroll

From employees to an approved run with payslips — the Run → Review → Approve lifecycle.

Import your existing data

Bring employees, salary structures and balances across — validated, previewed, then committed.
