Set up your organisation

Use the Getting started wizard to configure your company, tax template and pay elements before adding people.

The first time you sign in, open **Getting started** from the dashboard. The setup wizard walks you through it step by step: your **organisation profile and logo**, your **country, currency and fiscal year**, and your **payroll policy basics** (pay frequency, working days).

Next it loads your **country tax template**. For Nigeria that's the PAYE bands and reliefs under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, plus your standard **pay elements** (basic, housing, transport and so on). You then build one or two **salary structures** and add or import your employees.

Your progress is saved, so you can stop and resume. Each step writes straight into the real module, so there's no separate "setup" copy to migrate later.
